Below is the entry form for Derby Athletic Festival, which is like an open medal meeting that is held every September. This is not a club team event and all entries made to be made individually.
Its is for all age categories, U11, U13, U17 & U20’s but please note the restrictions on amount of entries that can be entered.
Also please note the closing date for entries; Friday August 25th 2016, 11pm.
