A few of our young athletes decided to have a go at the Staffordshire Moorlands summer series this year, it comprises of 10 fell races, over 10 weeks, all held at various locations across Staffordshire. Overall points for each runner are awarded for their best 7 results.

High Peak AC had 2 great results with a gold and a silver. Matilda Anderson came in 1st girl for the under 11 race (fun run) and Megan Harris-Wood was 2nd girl in the junior race (11-16 yr olds) Well done Girls !

Also putting in some great performances and representing Highpeak AC in the series were; Sosseh Badjie, Bella Anderson, Nell Tolley, Martha Harris-Wood, Alice Tolley, Xavier Morgan and Flo Harris-Wood.
